(The grounds have ramps fitted in places and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor - providing wheelchair and disabled access for some guests.)

• Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (both on ground floor for easy disabled access);
• Two double bedrooms have a shared shower room;
• Fifth bedroom downstairs with twin beds and access to downstairs WC (Villa is suitable for elderly and any person with a disability with its ground floor bedroom);
• Galleried library with family room and sofa bed (with satellite TV, DVD, video and stereo equipment plus broadband and a telephone/fax machine);
• 2 cots and highchairs available;
• Large, spacious living room with log fire;
• Separate dining room (can seat up to 12 people);
• Kitchen with all modern appliances (cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine and clothes dryer);
• Balcony / terrace overlooking the tennis court;
• Heating and air conditioning;
• Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: towels and linen are included;
• WIFI broadband.

• Outside kitchen area and bar/BBQ area with ample seating;
• Large private swimming pool with a waterfall feature, lots of seating and a sauna;
