Further details:
Arriving guests can take up the Villa from 4pm onwards on the day of arrival.
Departure must be by 11am on day of departure. This is to allow enough time to clean and prepare the Villa for the next guests.
Conditions:
- 30% booking deposit (non-refundable).
- Full payment required 2 months prior to departure.
- Cancellation policy - no refund of full payment, if the cancellation is within 30 days of start date.
- NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
- Easter & Christmas/New Year weeks - price plus additional 10%.
- 5% discount for a 2nd week of two week booking.
- 10% discount for a 3rd week of a three week booking.
